The following circumstances appear, shall not be in “Three Packs of supply
• Without UV Light & Electricity's agreement, tearing open and maintain products by

• Customer unilaterally choose the wrong model of product.
• Products are damaged in the process of customer shipping.
• Products are damaged due to force majeure and natural factors. Such as:
typhoon,ultra-high voltage,earthquake,humidity of environment,etc.
• Provide 7*8 hours phone call support, and consulting services.
• Provide“Product installation & usage guidance”and other technical support
• For door-to-door delivery of user, please check the products status according to
delivery order on the spot. Please contact UV Light & Electricity as finding lack,
damaged, missing, wrong deliver of products. We will arrange delivery freely.
Otherwise once after the customer signed the delivery receipt, you may call UV
Light & Electricity and clarify the reason, after confirmation,and receiving your return
of products, UV Light & Electricity will arrange delivery again, but the customer
should pay the shipping cost.
When receipt of products is more than 5 days, UV Light & Electricity will reject
replace or exchange the products freely for any of reason.
